NEW ColorBURST EZ-B UV Series

Product Description
ColorBurst Coatings has formulated a multipurpose, acrylated urethane UV system that combines excellent adhesion properties with superior color fade resistance. The E.Z. Banner (EZB) Series is a high gloss UV ink that was designed specifically for vinyl (shade) banner printing. The EZB has extremely high cure speeds, with special non-block agents added to the formula.

Recommended Substrates
This product was designed for vinyl banners, but will also adhere to pressure sensitive vinyls, polystyrene, ABS, polycarbonate, top coated polyester, rigid vinyl, coated and uncoated paper, card stock, and some coated metals. With the use of 5% Adhesion Promoter, EZB Series has shown to work well on poly banner as well. Test print before production.

Specifications
Curing: 300 watt per inch lamp: Belt speeds between 40-50 feet per minute using 355-420 mono polyester meshes. Use of 5-10% EZB 800 Mixing Clear will increase light penetration and improve gloss and cure.

Squeegee: UV-80 Red, UV-90 White and 70/90/70 triple duro polyurethane blades. Coverage: 3000 to 3500 sq/ft per gallon.

Outdoor Use: EZB Series withstood 1500 hours of exposure with 4-hour cycle times of UV light and condensation at elevated temperatures with minimal color change and marginal shrinkage. Based on prior correlations of accelerated testing versus real time Florida exposure, 500 hours is equated to approximately one year, 45° south Florida.
